At the outset, we would like to welcome you to our new programme called the Sage Authorized Learning Partner programme (SALP).

 

We acknowledge that some of you may have some concerns to the changes within this programme.

 

The fundamental idea of establishing these new contracts is:

  • To protect the Sage brand value and Intellectual Property
  • To establish a formal and compliant frame between you the partner and Sage LS
  • To facilitate service coverage uniformed quality and business growth for both you the partner and Sage LS
  • Finally, this program has been established to protect the integrity of you, our most valued partner against grey and unscrupulous training suppliers.

 

Your acceptance by joining this programme confirms your interest in developing and deploying a comprehensive learning engagement through Sage and onto our customers. Sage Learning Services can help you develop and deliver training, education and communications to your workforce, channel and customers. It is particularly beneficial when you need to keep large and geographically dispersed groups of people skilled up to acceptable levels of competence.

 

By partnering with Sage Learning Services, you can engage with your staff and customers on learning and education interventions using a multiple modality of delivery: self-paced eLearning, instructor-led training, collaborative and virtual online classrooms, using a broad selection of content or course modules that, dependent on your partner status you can sell or deliver.

 

We are excited about the benefits that Sage can bring to your organisation and that of your customer and we look forward to collaborating on future engagements with you. We are confident that the value of our contractual partnership engagements will present mutually beneficial value.

 

We are aware that pricing has been supplied at the new revised rates. Please note that this pricing has a been established in line with Sage’s global benchmarks. Historic pricing has catered for the local market without any consideration of copyright infringement or contractual breach hence pricing was at such low levels to encourage traction in the market. This phase has now passed and with the establishment of a legal framework of our partnership and the enforceability of any breaches hereof we are now able to align local pricing to our global standards.

 

Sage LS therefore provides these new contracts and revised related pricing in order to continue our efforts in this region by supporting our partners to grow.
